The 2024 Show n Shine is in the Books
Thank you so much to the Prince George people and families for your
amazing support this year. Despite the off-and-on rainy weather an
estimated 10 to 15 thousand well behaved people came to the park and
enjoyed the 370 cars, trucks, and motorcycles.
It is impossible to host the largest “free to the public” events in Prince
George without a long-list of supporters. Our premier perennial
sponsors came through big time so the first shoutout has to go to
Subaru of Prince George and Chieftain Auto Parts. In
addition, please scroll down and closely examine the secondary
sponsor logos as shown below. These 20+ businesses dug deep and
allowed us to put "goody bags" in every entrant's hands, and present thirty
participant awards. A
very appreciative shout out to all of these sponsors.
So much planning and preparation goes on long before, and of course
during the show, and the members of the Cruisin' Classics worked
collectively with the City of Prince George and professional service
providers to ensure the participants and the spectators were treated to a
great day of automobilia, a selection of tasty food, enjoyable music, and
a safe environment.
A huge shout has to go to the men and women who proudly displayed
the bright red Cruisin' Classics logo on Father's Day. What would the
show be without meticulously prepared vehicles and the local owners
who spent countless hours getting their rides ready to display!
Finally, a big thank you to all the out of town guests, clubs, and car
enthusiasts that in many cases spent several hours driving to Prince
George from all over Western Canada specifically for this Show N' Shine event.
